Sales/Estimation Engineer -Waterproofing

The candidate should have a minimum of 4- 5 years of work experience as an Estimation engineer in waterproofing.
candidate should have the ability to perform various functions which primarily involve providing detailed estimates for a project based on the construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Candidate should be responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
Candidate should have the capacity to act as a connection between subcontractors, the design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and the client.
Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types.
The candidate should have the excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and extremely detail-oriented.
The candidate should have great troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of waterproofing activities.
The candidate should have the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
