Sales & Enrolment Executive

Dubai-based | Full-Time | High Ridge Training Ltd / UK Hours 8am-4pm / Salary AED 3,500-5,000/month depending on experience

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated Sales & Enrolment Executive with a strong understanding of the Training sector. You'll support our UK-based training provider by engaging employers and individuals interested in apprenticeship and training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact warm leads and follow up with employers Build new relationships with employers and learners Guide potential learners and employers through the enrolment process Work with our marketing team to maximise response to campaigns Use CRM systems (Zoho) to track lead generation and conversion

Ideal Candidate:

Has experience or strong interest in the training sector Excellent communicator with sales or enrolment experience Organised, driven, and comfortable working towards targets

Salary & Benefits:

AED 3,500-5,000/month depending on experience Commission available based on course enrolments Career development within a UK-recognised training group Currently remote in Dubai, with future office plans Supportive UK and UAE leadership team Additional Holidays
