Sales & Marketing Executive
to help grow our client base and promote our services in the UAE market.Key Responsibilities
:Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and field visits
Promote Azhaa Tech's IT services and convert leads into customers
Achieve a
minimum monthly business target of AED 10,000 in sales
Manage company's social media accounts, ads, and SEO to generate leads
Build marketing content (flyers, posts, presentations)
Maintain and follow up with client leads and report progress weekly
Requirements
:1-2 years of UAE experience
in sales or marketing (preferably in IT services
)Good knowledge of basic digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, SEO)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Fluent in English
Must be located in Dubai and ready to join immediately
Salary & Commission
:Fixed monthly salary:
AED 3,000 - 4,000
Monthly Sales Target
: AED 10,000 minimum in closed dealsAttractive
commission
on every sale after target achievementBonuses for high performers
