Sales & Enrolment Executive -

Engineering, Manufacturing & Food Sector Focus

We're expanding our Sales & Employer Engagement team and are looking for someone with experience in selling training or education programmes, ideally within the engineering, manufacturing, or food and drink sectors.

You'll play a key role in following up warm leads, converting enquiries into enrolments, and supporting course promotions for our technical training programmes

You may have worked for a college, private training provider, or awarding body -- or have a strong background in technical sales with a good understanding of apprenticeships or upskilling. Experience in the food and drink industry, particularly in a commercial or operational role, would be a strong advantage when engaging with employers in those sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective learners and clients from our CRM database Follow up inbound leads from social media, campaigns, and email marketing Convert interest into bookings for short courses or funded programmes Promote seasonal campaigns and support day-to-day lead management Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation follow-up Provide accurate information about courses, entry requirements, and fees Maintain records in our Zoho CRM and update learner status
You'll Need:

Comes from or has worked within the engineering, manufacturing, or food & drink industry Strong communication and relationship-building skills Target-driven and self-motivated
Salary & Benefits:

AED 3,500-5,000/month depending on experience Competitive base salary and enrolment-based commission Currently remote in Dubai, with future office plans Supportive UK and UAE leadership team

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
