Sales & Enrolment Executive - Beauty Sector

Dubai-based | Full-Time | Cedars Training Academy / UK hours 9am-5pm

Cedars Training Academy, part of the UK-based High Ridge Training Group, is seeking a Sales & Enrolment Executive with a strong background or interest in the hair, beauty and holistics industry.

You'll play a key role in following up warm leads, converting enquiries into enrolments, and supporting course promotions for our UK hair, beauty and holistic training programmes

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective learners and clients from our CRM database Follow up inbound leads from social media, campaigns, and email marketing Convert interest into bookings for short courses or funded programmes Promote seasonal campaigns and support day-to-day lead management Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation follow-up Provide accurate information about courses, entry requirements, and fees Maintain records in our Zoho CRM and update learner status
You'll Need:

A recognised beauty qualification -- such as VTCT Level 2/3, CIDESCO, or CIBTAC -- with strong knowledge of salon and spa treatments. Experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry is essential -- ideally in a salon, spa, or training academy environment. Previous experience in sales, enrolments, or student admissions is highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 3,500-5,000/month depending on experience Commission available based on course enrolments Currently remote in Dubai, with future office plans Supportive UK and UAE leadership team Additional Holidays
