About Us

Bare Beauty Cosmetic Trading L.L.C is the official UAE distributor of LYCON Australia, representing professional brands such as Lycon Waxing, Lyco'Pedi, Lycon Skin, and Manifico.

We supply salons and spas with high-performance waxing, skincare (facials), and spa essentials -- and we support them with hands-on education.

We are now expanding into the lash and eye-care segment and are hiring a Sales & Training Executive to support that growth.

Role Overview

You will drive B2B sales across salons and spas in the UAE and deliver professional training sessions in:

Waxing (Lycon) Basic facial protocols using Lycon Skin Lashes (future rollout and education)
You are the face of the brand in the field. This role is a mix of sales, client relationships, and technical product education.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

Develop and grow the salon/spa client base across the UAE Achieve monthly sales and product growth targets Maintain strong relationships and ensure repeat orders Promote product lines through demos, visits, events, and activations Identify new business opportunities and support promotions

Training & Education

Deliver waxing technique training and product education for new and existing clients Provide facial/skincare demonstrations using Lycon Skin Support future lash education roll-out (lash services / lash retail) Give after-sales technical support to clients and ensure correct product usage Keep training material and product knowledge up to date

Reporting & Coordination

Submit weekly sales and activity reports Coordinate with head office on promotions, launches, and training schedules Attend trade shows, brand events, and in-salon activations as needed

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in beauty industry sales, training, or salon education Confident in professional waxing and/or facial techniques; lash experience is an advantage Excellent English communication and presentation skills Valid UAE driving licence and own car (required) Professional, reliable, and comfortable visiting clients across different Emirates
