The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and providing technical and commercial support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out or joinery, coupled with proven sales and project coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and joinery sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, and clients.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client needs and project specifications.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in sales or business development within the fit-out or joinery industry (GCC experience preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of joinery, interior materials, and finishing works.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
Fluent in English.l
