The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior design, materials, and project execution, along with proven experience in the UAE fitout market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fitout and contracting industry.
Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors to present company services and capabilities.
Understand project requirements and prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for pricing and proposal submission.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to ensure project progress and client satisfaction.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
fitout or interior contracting sales
within the UAE.
Strong understanding of fitout materials, processes, and project execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.
Valid UAE driving license
is mandatory.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
