Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fitout and joinery sector.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients and consultants.
Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to prepare accurate quotations and BOQs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution.
Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and networking events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
sales of interior fitout or joinery projects
in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of fitout materials, design concepts, and project execution.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license is
mandatory
.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
