Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fitout and joinery sector
Generate leads through market research, client meetings, site visits, and networking activities
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients, consultants, and developers
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and submissions
Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution
Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming fitout projects
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
3-5 years of proven sales experience in interior fitout or joinery projects within the UAE
Strong understanding of fitout materials, design standards, and execution processes
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
