Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fitout and joinery sector.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and project documentation.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and seamless execution.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and networking events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Architecture
, or a related field.
3-5 years
of sales experience in interior fitout or joinery projects within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of fitout materials, design concepts, and project execution processes.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid
UAE driving license
is mandatory.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
