Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong
Sales Engineer with an Architectural background
to join our sales team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting architectural products and solutions, developing relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers, and achieving sales targets through technical presentations and project-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales of architectural products and solutions (facade systems, aluminum, glass, interior fit-out, building materials, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with
architects, consultants, developers, and contractors
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and design consultations
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare technical and commercial proposals
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate submissions
Follow up on leads, tenders, and projects from specification to order closure
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as required
Maintain accurate records using CRM and prepare sales reports
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities
of sales experience in architectural or construction-related products
Strong understanding of architectural drawings and specifications
Proven experience dealing with
architects and consultants
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
Valid
Saudi or GCC Driving License
preferred
Fluent in
English
(Arabic is a strong advantage)
