Sales & Distribution Office (SDO) Coordinator Supply Chain Reporting to Supply Chain Manager Our client is an international Group whose domestic appliances have made design and technology history for more than 40 years. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned multinational company in their Supply Chain department. You will be required to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues to provide information in relation to inquiries, product availability and delivery support. Other duties will include liaising between the HQ team and local teams for all order related queries and resolving any customer related issues promptly either by telephone, email or in person. The ideal candidate should be process oriented and have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a supply chain, sales office or customer service capacity. Strong preference will be given to candidates with SAP or other ERP systems experience. The role requires good English and French language skills, ideally with work experience in North Africa and Middle East Region. Responsibilities Ensure all orders are accurately process ed into Order Management System (SAP) and follow through from forecast upload to invoicing of shipment Act as a dedicated point of contact for supply chain activities in MEIA Region to both internal and external stakeholders Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to order fulfilment and delivery Responsible for planning and tracking the deliveries according to customer requirements Ensure efficiencies in order fulfillment to avoid any delays and minimize lost sales opportunities Create communication flows to ensure all stakeholders are informed about forecast, order and shipment progress Management of customs documentation facilitating smooth shipment clearance and delivery Management of customs documentation ensuring quality and government regulation compliance Management of forecast and sales orders within SAP Maintenance of forecasting price list to ensure constantly aligned to order portfolio price list Candidate Requirements Problem solve and be able to escalate priority issues Ability to develop collaborative relationships and communicate relevant information across all levels of the organization Be able to work under high pressure and during demanding periods Assist in identifying improvements in work processes Build strong partnerships with internal and external customers, while identifying supply chain opportunities that benefit both the customer and business Analytical approach Behavioral Competencies Well versed in MS Office, ERP, SAP & APO 3-5 years of related business experience Supply Chain background English & French language written and verbal mandatory Arabic language is advantageous Import and Export documentation Experience of working with Letter of Credit Experience of production and manufacturing planning Location & commitments Permanent full time role based in our office in Dubai Monday Friday working week 8.30am 5pm Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary Travel within the MEIA region if needed
