We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Sales Operations Officer to join our Taqeef team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have 1 to 3 years of sales support and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and multitasking ability. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient support services to the sales team to address customer inquiries. Ensure timely collation and preparation of information required for proposal development. Ensure consistent and reliable information entered in the Microsoft Dynamics - Navision/CRM for project details, item codes, and prices. Prepare equipment selections, costing sheets, and quotations based on the project specifications or client requirements in the most significant component for RAC products. Issue warranty, proforma invoices, and power factor letters to customers. Liaise with multiple functions (Product, Projects Ops, Finance, Service Center, Warehouses) to ensure smooth completion of the customer inquiries. Prepare HVAC submittal/technical documents and compliance statements for customer approval. Create a customer account in Microsoft Dynamics - Navision/CRM and complete forms for discounts, particular payments, or credit approvals when and as required. Create and complete customer orders ensuring necessary approvals are obtained. Coordinate with the warehouse delivery of the units on time. Prepare installation job requests and follow up with Workshops on project completion. Update Microsoft Dynamics - Navision/CRM and maintain accurate data on projects/orders completed. Coordinate and follow up CAC product orders with after-sales, product, and logistics teams. Qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. Excellent relationship management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills. Desire to learn and adapt to the new industry.
