Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead and manage a team of sales managers, executives, and account representatives.
Identify new market opportunities and oversee market penetration strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
Analyze sales data, forecasts, and KPIs to optimize performance and growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and product positioning.
Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on revenue performance and pipeline health.
Recruit, mentor, and develop sales talent within the organization.
Negotiate and close major deals while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong understanding of CRM software, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
