15,000 AED + Competitive Commission Structure (to be discussed during interview)

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (full-time) + Saturday (few hours only)

About the Role:

We are seeking a

dynamic and driven Sales Director

with a proven background in real estate development and sales leadership. The ideal candidate will bring at least

2+ years of developer-side experience managing real estate sales teams

, and the ability to lead a diverse, multicultural team.

This is a senior leadership role where you will directly report to the VP and CEO, playing a pivotal part in shaping the company's sales strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and expand the real estate sales team. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Drive team performance through motivation, training, and mentorship. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with company objectives. Represent the company in high-level negotiations and business development opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum

2+ years of developer-side experience

in managing real estate sales teams. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to bring and manage a team of professionals from diverse nationalities. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Must be

dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented

. Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
