Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Real Estate Sales Director

to lead and manage our sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, training, and motivating a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals in the competitive Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Leadership & Strategy



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for revenue, market share, and profitability. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the Dubai real estate market. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure strategic positioning.

Team Management



Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants and sales executives. Set sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement across the team. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance productivity.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and brokers. Oversee negotiations and closing of high-value property transactions. Ensure exceptional client service, from inquiry to property handover.

Business Development & Marketing



Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive qualified leads. Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences. Enhance the brand's presence and reputation in Dubai's luxury real estate market.

Compliance & Reporting



Ensure all sales operations comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales performance reports to management. Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and trends.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum

7-10 years of experience

in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong network of clients and developers in the Dubai real estate market. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million AED sales targets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of Dubai property laws, RERA guidelines, and market dynamics. Multilingual skills (English, Arabic, Hindi/Urdu) preferred.
