Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
Conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings to review team progress and performance.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations for management decision-making.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
