Job Description

Looking for assertive individuals with strong sales and skills, prepared to excel in the role of a Real Estate agent for secondary market.

Requirements:



Professional Experience minimum 3 to 5 years in Dubai Real estate

Actively approach potential buyers and sellers in the secondary market.

Understand and identify client needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.

Stay informed about property trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Guide clients through the buying or selling process, including legal and financial aspects.

Generate and follow up on qualified leads to initiate and close property transactions.

Manage property viewings, presentations, and negotiation processes.

Stay up-to-date with changes in market regulations, legal requirements, and industry practices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai market.

In-depth knowledge of the secondary real estate market, including legal and financial aspects.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

RERA certification is a plus.

UAE driving license with Own is also an advantage.

Benefits:



Salary 10,000 to 15,000 AED

Marketing tools will be provided by the company

On time Commission sharing - Commissions will be sharing as per the clearance of the cheques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Dubai real estate: 3 years (Preferred)
