Your Role: :



Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that maximize performance and project sell-through. Broker & Agency Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with top brokerages, ensuring strong alignment and activation on projects. Revenue Growth: Drive results by setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, ensuring high conversion rates from EOIs to transactions. Team Development & Training: Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to optimize their performance and close high-value deals. Market Positioning: Ensure market competitiveness by identifying trends, opportunities, and strategic advantages.

Qualifications::



Proven leadership experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or developer-side sales. Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market with strong broker relationships. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive revenue and expand market reach. * High-energy, results-driven approach with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
