We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead the luxury real estate sales division. The role involves driving sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with UHNW/HNW clients, brokers, and international partners to achieve ambitious sales targets for luxury projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to position the company as a leader in the luxury real estate segment.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives to ensure performance excellence.
Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, private offices, and global brokerage networks.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with marketing and senior management to align sales campaigns with brand positioning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at international roadshows, exhibitions, and exclusive client events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within luxury real estate.
Strong network of HNWIs, UHNWIs, and global real estate brokers.
Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of the Dubai luxury property market.
