Position Overview
We are hiring a Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager to join our elite Direct Sales team in Dubai. This role focuses on selling premium luxury properties to high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) clients, driving revenue growth through exceptional relationship management, strategic lead generation, and targeted property marketing. You will leverage your strong network of affluent investors to secure high-value deals and represent some of Dubai's most prestigious real estate assets.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and present tailored property investment proposals to secure high-value deals.
• Market premium residential units, penthouses, and floors to targeted investor segments.
• Provide expert investment advice to ultra-affluent clients, aligning offerings with their portfolio needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat investments and referrals.
• Attend and represent the company at high-profile property events, exhibitions, and private showings.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding sales, resales, valuations, and bespoke property tours.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience selling ultra-luxury properties in the UAE market.
• Established network of HNI and UHNI clients with proven track record in closing high-value deals.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's luxury property market and investment trends.
• Professional demeanor with a high standard of customer service and confidentiality.
