Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants to achieve sales targetsDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive sales performance and growthMaintain strong relationships with HNWI clients, investors, and partnersMonitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activitiesRepresent the company in high-profile meetings and property showcasesRecruit, train, and onboard new sales agents as needed
Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated success in selling luxury or high-end properties
Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Well-presented, with a refined international outlook
Fluency in English is mandatory; Russian or European language skills are a strong advantage
Must be available to join immediately
