Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Director
to lead business development initiatives, grow key accounts, and drive revenue across strategic market segments in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives
Identify and secure new business opportunities across target sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and strategic partners
Lead negotiations, proposals, pricing strategies, and contract closures
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams on pitches, presentations, and project handovers
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture
, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience
in sales or business development within
interior design, fit-out, construction, architecture, or MEP industries
in the UAE
Proven track record of
closing high-value projects
and driving revenue growth
Strong existing
network within the UAE market
Solid understanding of
UAE market dynamics, tendering processes, and client management
Experience managing
sales teams and key accounts
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Strong command of
English
(spoken and written)
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
