will be responsible for leading the company's sales strategy across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), driving revenue growth in compliance with UAE commercial laws and regulations. The role focuses on building a high-performing sales organization, expanding market presence across Emirates, managing key accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve short- and long-term revenue targets
Define target markets, customer segments, and sales channels
Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
Ensure strong pipeline coverage and accurate sales forecasting
2. Sales Leadership & Team Management
Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing sales team
Set clear KPIs, performance standards, and commission structures
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide corrective coaching where required
Foster a results-driven, ethical, and customer-focused sales culture
3. Pipeline, CRM & Reporting
Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems and sales processes
Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and win/loss ratios
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
Improve sales efficiency and productivity through data-driven decisions
4. Key Accounts & Strategic Deals
Personally manage or oversee major and strategic customer accounts
Lead high-value negotiations and contract discussions
Approve pricing, discounts, and commercial terms within authority limits
Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to align lead generation and campaigns
Coordinate with Finance on pricing, credit control, and collections
Align with Operations/Delivery teams to ensure sales commitments are achievable
Collaborate with Customer Service to improve retention and customer satisfaction
6. Market Intelligence & Business Development
Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies across Emirates
Identify new market opportunities, government, semi-government, and private-sector clients
Build partnerships with local distributors, agents, and channel partners where applicable
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on UAE market dynamics
7. Governance, Compliance & Ethics
Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE commercial laws, VAT regulations, and company policies
Adhere to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and ethical sales standards applicable in the UAE
Ensure proper contract documentation, approvals, and compliance with local authorities
Protect the company's brand reputation within the UAE market

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
8-15 years of progressive sales experience, including senior leadership roles within the UAE or GCC
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the UAE market
Strong understanding of UAE business culture, client relationship management, and negotiation practices
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Industry-specific experience is an advantage
