Key Responsibilities
Business, Revenue & P&L Ownership
Own and deliver
annual revenue, gross margin, and P&L targets
for GBS UAE
Drive profitable growth aligned with GBS business objectives
Ensure pricing discipline, margin control, and timely collections
Individual Contributor (Direct Sales)
Personally manage and close
key enterprise and strategic accounts
Drive the complete sales cycle: prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, closure, and collections
Act as a
Techno-Commercial Consultant
, positioning GBS IT solutions based on client needs
Build strong relationships with
CEO and senior stakeholders
Team Leadership
Build, manage, and mentor a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
Conduct pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking
Coach team members on solution selling and deal execution
Sales Planning & Execution
Develop account-level and territory-level sales plans
Maintain accurate
monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
Lead RFI, RFP, SOW, proposal, and presentation efforts in collaboration with Pre-Sales and delivery teams

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA / PG in Sales or Business Management preferred)
8-12 years of sales experience

5+ years in IT Solutions / IT Services sales
Proven experience in
UAE market
with enterprise customers
Prior experience handling
team management and P&L responsibility
