Grand Land Real Estate Broker is seeking a highly motivated
Sales Director
to lead our sales operations. The successful candidate will manage a team of telesales agents and property consultants, drive revenue growth, and report directly to the CEO, COO, and Chairman. Multilingual skills in
Russian, Chinese, or Arabic
will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage
telesales agents and property consultants
to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan and secondary market properties
Monitor team performance, generate reports, and present insights to top management
Ensure excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and property promotion initiatives
Ensure compliance with
RERA
regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in real estate brokerage in Dubai
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market sales
RERA card
preferred;
driving license
is an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Multilingual skills (Russian, Chinese, Arabic)
highly preferred
Ability to report efficiently to CEO, COO, and Chairman
