Job Description

Team Leadership

: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team; conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, results-driven environment.

Strategic Planning

: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, pricing models, and business plans to meet aggressive revenue targets.

Market & Analysis

: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a strategic edge.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.

Sales Operations

: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficient use of CRM tools and sales software.

Key Skills & Qualifications



Proven track record in real estate sales, with significant leadership experience. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and customer behaviour. Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, property finder and performance reporting.

Attractive commission + Salary between AED 8000 up to AED 15000 depending on your experienced.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
