FP Property is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our real estate sales and operations division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, creating strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Analyze business performance and implement initiatives to achieve sustainable growth.
Team Management
Lead, train, and support a high-performing sales team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and gather updates from team leaders.
Revenue Growth
Set and achieve ambitious annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
Motivate the sales team to consistently meet business goals.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure efficient and targeted lead flow.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, investors, and key market stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring
Review KPIs and CRM data to optimize sales performance and productivity.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
Maintain strong relationships with developers to support continuous business growth.
Brand Representation
Represent the company at industry events, roadshows, open houses, and networking functions.
