Inditech Middle East is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team in Dubai. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and managing high-value sales opportunities from prospecting through close.
As a core member of our sales team, you will represent Inditech to leading retail clients across MENA, with a strong focus on shopping malls and major retail brands across MENA. This role will be centered on selling Inditech's In-house software solutions and other specialty retail management solutions.We are seeking a proven hunter with a deep understanding of the specialty retail management software industry.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a field-based role while staying tightly connected with a global team.
? Responsibilities
1. Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
2. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, outreach, demos, and negotiations.
3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.
4. Develop new business channels and expand the company's client base locally and internationally.
5. Represent Inditech at industry events, conferences, and meetings worldwide.
6. Review sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and align with product development.
?Requirements
1. Minimum 10 years of software sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; a master's Degree is preferred.
3. Proven success in achieving high sales targets in the UAE IT sector.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of IT sales trends, regulations, and client expectations.
6. Native fluency in English or Arabic.
7. Willingness to travel extensively, both within the UAE and globally
