Europe-based | Relocation to UAE | Full-time

We've mined Bitcoin in the UAE since 2017. We've faced -- and solved -- every challenge from procurement and infrastructure to hosting, customs, and risk management. Now, we help clients across the world do the same, profitably.

We're looking for a senior-level Sales Director to lead and grow our client base in Europe. Someone who understands complex B2B and B2C sales, speaks multiple European languages, and knows how to scale revenue -- not just hit quota.

What You'll Do:

Lead sales across European markets

Drive high-value deals for crypto mining hardware + hosting (avg. deal size: $100K-$1M+)

Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline

Translate client needs into profitable infrastructure deals

Collaborate directly with our UAE-based ops & leadership teams

You Bring:

5-10 years of B2B tech, infra, or crypto sales experience

Strong network in Europe (ideally C-level/enterprise contacts)

Fluent English + 1-2 European languages (DE/ES/IT/PT/PL/NL)

Deep understanding of Bitcoin and mining economics

Ability to build strategy + close deals independently
