to lead our sales division, drive performance, and scale our operations.

Job Summary:



We are looking for a high-performing, strategic, and motivational

Sales Director

to oversee our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of sales strategies that convert. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, setting sales targets, mentoring agents, and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's growth goals Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing real estate agents Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and provide feedback to ensure team efficiency Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to align sales efforts Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical real estate standards

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sales Director, or similar leadership role in real estate. Minimum 6-9 years of real estate sales experience with leadership exposure Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, sales techniques, and regulatory environment Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Licensed real estate professional (mandatory) Strong organizational and analytical mindset Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM tools and real estate platforms High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
