Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market expansion.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and partners.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities.
Oversee property sales transactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree .
Proven experience as a Sales Director / Head of Sales in the real estate industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of property markets, investment strategies, and brokerage practices.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
