Sales Director

to drive revenue growth, build strategic alliances, and lead our commercial strategy to the next level.

Role Overview



The Sales Director will be responsible for shaping and executing RSL's sales strategy, accelerating revenue streams, and expanding market share. This senior leadership role requires proven expertise in high-value B2B sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead a team in delivering ambitious commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Revenue Leadership



Define and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and market share targets. Secure high-value contracts across hospitality, aviation, logistics, and corporate sectors. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from business development to contract finalization.

Strategic Partnerships & Contracts



Forge and maintain relationships with senior executives, procurement leaders, and key decision-makers. Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial agreements, ensuring profitability and compliance with UAE laws, RTA regulations, and company policies. Identify growth opportunities through strategic alliances, upselling, and cross-selling.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, instilling a results-driven culture. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment of sales objectives with business goals. Champion expansion initiatives, including new services, products, and market entries.

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, performance dashboards, and market insights to the executive team. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain market leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred). 10+ years of proven B2B sales leadership experience in the UAE, with a strong network in transportation, hospitality, or logistics. Expertise in negotiating complex commercial contracts within the UAE regulatory framework. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo) and MS Office Suite. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
