to lead our sales operations and drive strategic growth.

Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Director

to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

10 years in real estate management

, with

at least 5 years at Sales Director level

. You will be responsible for developing and executing a high-performing sales strategy, building and mentoring a top-tier sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with all major developers across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate agents for both off-plan and secondary markets. Monitor and analyze sales performance; implement action plans to meet or exceed targets. Foster strong relationships with developers, brokers, and key industry stakeholders. Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure optimal support for lead generation and conversion. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for the sales team. Represent Roca Real Estate at major industry events, developer launches, and networking functions. Stay updated with real estate trends, regulations, and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge. Create and manage sales reporting, forecasting, and KPIs to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements



Minimum

10 years of experience in real estate sales management

, with

5+ years specifically as a Sales Director

. Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams with consistent results in deal closures. Deep knowledge and experience in both

off-plan and secondary market transactions

. Strong and established network with leading developers across the UAE. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. UAE driving license and residency preferred.
