We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with a strong background in real estate/property development to lead and execute our sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales performance, managing large teams, and delivering revenue growth for residential and/or commercial property developments.

Qualifications and Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
-Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate/property development sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
-Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in large-scale property developments
-Strong knowledge of the local and regional real estate market
-Ability to lead sales in both off-plan and ready properties
-Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
-UAE experience highly preferred; Arabic language is a plus
