Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and motivate the in-house sales team to achieve and exceed targets Drive luxury property sales with a strong focus on high-net-worth clients Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends Oversee the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure Mentor, train, and support team members to elevate performance Stay informed on Dubai's dynamic real estate market, trends, and competitor activity

Requirements:



Proven experience and strong track record in

luxury property sales

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Deep understanding of the

Dubai real estate market
