About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Director

to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This leadership role requires someone with a strong background in real estate development, excellent strategic thinking, and the ability to build and manage high-level relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Identify market opportunities and initiatives to expand the company's presence locally and internationally. Oversee the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closures. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and senior management to ensure strategic alignment. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and high-level meetings. Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and gather customer feedback to improve strategy. Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Sales Director

or

Senior Sales Manager

within the

real estate development

sector. Strong network of investors and clients across various markets. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage successful sales teams. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
