Job Title: Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets. Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide continuous feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. Sales Training: Develop and implement ongoing sales training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, particularly in marketing and lead generation services. Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies that align with the company's goals. Client Relations: Ensure the team maintains strong, productive relationships with clients, maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. Data Utilization: Oversee the use of CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient management of sales activities. Achievement of Sales Targets: Directly responsible for the team achieving monthly sales targets, with incentives aligned to team performance.
Candidate Profile:

Experience: Proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in marketing or lead generation services. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, adept at managing and motivating teams to achieve sales goals. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Further education or certifications in sales or marketing would be advantageous. Attributes: Driven, results-oriented, and skilled in strategic planning and execution. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
