Sales Supervisor / Team Leader
to lead and manage a small team of 5 sales professionals. Our goal is to empower ambitious individuals, especially women, to enhance their leadership skills and build successful careers in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5 real estate sales agents.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets.
Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance team performance.
Track and analyze team performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with management to align sales efforts with company goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve individual and team success.
Preferred:
