Sales Director Cyber Security

Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts at a leading cybersecurity company in Abu Dhabi. This senior leadership position is open exclusively to Emirati candidates and will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our presence across government and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Report sales performance and market insights to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums.
- Emirati citizenship is mandatory
- Proven track record in senior sales roles, preferably in cybersecurity or related IT sectors.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products and market landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field. MBA is a plus.
