Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
NEBOSH certification (desirable)
Strong knowledge of health, safety & security procedures
Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills
Ability to manage teams effectively under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of security guards at assigned locations
Conduct safety checks & ensure compliance with HSE standards
Prepare & submit incident and daily activity reports
Train, guide & monitor security staff in procedures & best practices
Coordinate with management & clients on security-related matters
