About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Director who will oversee our sales team, develop business strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and developers. You'll play a key role in achieving company targets and enhancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Director / Sales Manager in real estate (minimum 3-6 years in the UAE market preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market and developer relations.
Strategic thinker with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
