Dubai, UAE (managing sales for Abu Dhabi properties)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Sales Director
to lead and manage sales operations for a leading property developer. The role will be based in
Dubai
and will focus on driving sales of
Abu Dhabi residential and luxury projects
. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in real estate development sales within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the sales strategy for Abu Dhabi property launches while operating from Dubai.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales managers and agents to ensure high performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, brokers, and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to enhance lead generation and conversion.
Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience with real estate developers
in the UAE (brokerage experience alone will not be considered).
Strong background in
luxury residential sales
and handling high-value clients.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and deliver on ambitious sales targets.
Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market dynamics.
Based in Dubai, with flexibility to travel as required.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
