The Sales Director is responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales strategy to meet revenue goals and drive business growth. This leadership role oversees the entire sales team, builds and maintains relationships with key clients and channel partners, and ensures the successful sale of residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute sales strategies to achieve short-term and long-term sales targets.
Provide strategic input on pricing, product positioning, and market segmentation.
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product development teams for go-to-market planning.
Team Management:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure performance against business goals.
Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation initiatives.
Revenue Generation & Client Management:
Drive direct sales and channel sales through brokers and institutional investors.
Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with HNIs, corporates, and investment partners.
Oversee pre-sales and post-sales processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to fine-tune sales strategies.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Project Launches & Sales Events:
Oversee the planning and execution of new project launches and promotional campaigns.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
10-15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience in residential, commercial, or luxury segment sales
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and sales performance tracking
