Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing Feasibility study, Concept and schematic design, Budget development, Detailed design coordination
Assist and manage Tendering and procurement, Contract award
Construction supervision
Project close-out and handover

Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management (client-side preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects
Must have Strong leadership and communication skills
