has partnered with a leading company who are hiring a Sales Director to be based in Abu Dhabi.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets across the UAE and GCC markets.
• Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets through coaching, training, and ongoing support.
• Drive new business development initiatives by identifying market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure the proposal matches the customer's requirements.
• Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients, vendors, and technology partners.
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and partner engagements across the GCC.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a system integrator company within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong portfolio of enterprise-level deals and C-level relationships in both private and public sectors.
• In-depth understanding of IT solutions such as infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
