Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market share growth.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Set individual and team KPIs, track performance, and implement improvement plans as needed.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and sales tools.
Ensure full compliance with real estate regulations, RERA policies, and internal procedures.
Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the sales department.
