AutoPhone is sold as a B2B AI service with usage-based pricing, API integrations, and enterprise-grade deployments.
Role Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Sales Director who can own revenue end-to-end.
This role is not for:
Operations leaders
Project managers
Government-only sellers
Sales managers who don't close
This role is for someone who has:
Built B2B sales from scratch
Sold complex, intangible tech (AI / SaaS / CPaaS)
Carried quotas personally
Built and led sales teams
Closed enterprise and mid-market deals
You will report directly to the founder and will be accountable for ARR growth, pipeline health, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Go-To-Market
Design and own the B2B sales strategy for AutoPhone (ICP, verticals, pricing logic, deal structure)
Define target industries (real estate, healthcare, fintech, logistics, call-center replacement, etc.)
Create sales playbooks, pitch decks, objection handling frameworks, and ROI narratives
2. Revenue Ownership & Execution
Personally close high-value B2B deals (mid-market & enterprise)
Manage complex sales cycles (multiple stakeholders, pilots, procurement, security, pricing)
Own CRM, pipeline stages, deal velocity, and conversion metrics
Negotiate contracts, pricing models, pilots, and enterprise rollouts
3. Forecasting & Sales Analytics
Build sales projections, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and revenue models
Track KPIs: pipeline value, win rates, CAC, deal cycle length, ARR/MRR
Report clearly and honestly on sales performance
4. Key Account & Enterprise Management
Manage and expand strategic corporate accounts
Drive upsells (usage expansion, new use cases, additional departments)
Maintain executive-level relationships with clients
5. Team Building & Leadership
Hire, train, and manage:
Account Executives
SDRs / BDRs
Define commission structures and performance targets
Coach the team on selling AI, value-based pricing, and consultative selling
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
8-10+ years of B2B sales experience
Proven experience selling AI, SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, or API-based solutions
Demonstrated ability to:
Build a sales strategy
Execute it personally
Scale a sales team
Experience handling complex sales cycles (30-180 days)
Strong enterprise negotiation skills
Experience creating sales forecasts and revenue projections
Experience managing corporate / enterprise clients
MBA or DBA preferred (or equivalent proven SaaS sales leadership track record)
Excellent English (Arabic is a plus)
Strongly Preferred Background
AI voice agents, chatbots, or automation platforms
Call-center replacement / CX automation
Usage-based or per-minute pricing models
Selling to real estate, healthcare, fintech, logistics, or large service businesses
