Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation for management
Monitor sales performance, follow up on leads, and maintain client records
Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional activities
Track inventory and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of products
Handle customer inquiries and provide support to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in sales support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting
